1st Shift Quality Inspector

What You'll Do:Inspect incoming materials and components
Use calipers, micrometers, and microscopes
Review certifications and quality documentation
Identify defects and ensure products meet specifications
Maintain accurate inspection records
1+ year of quality inspection experience
Experience using measurement tools
Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
This role is based on an electronics production floor that is extremely clean, well lit, and temperature controlled, providing a comfortable and organized workspace. The position follows a 1st shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You will regularly use inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and other inspection aids, as well as computers with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The environment is structured to support precise quality work, with controlled conditions that are ideal for detailed inspection tasks.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Solon, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
