Sales Associate - Guest Experience Specialist

Bob's Discount Furniture -  -  - Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a friendly, low-pressure manner, building rapport to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process;
Sell according to the "Bob's Way" and involve store management to help overcome customer objections and assist with closing the sale;
Maintain an expert-level knowledge of all Bob's Discount Furniture products, pricing, and policies;
Perform operational tasks such as pricing and tagging merchandise, assisting with assembly, loading guests and moving/relocating products on the outlet/showroom floor;
Achieve monthly sales goals and key metric targets (e.g., Conversion, Goof, BWtP, Acima)
