Rize Home is seeking a motivated candidate to fill our
Inside Sales Rep
opening. Are you looking to continue an exciting sales career? It would be our pleasure to further develop passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our dynamic industry. The ideal candidate for this role will have a positive, energetic approach to working in a fast-paced, team environment. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals, exceeding sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in bedding industry is highly desired.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and research potential customers to generate new business leads.
- Maintain a detailed and updated database of leads and prospects in the CRM system.
- Make outbound sales calls to introduce products/services to prospective clients.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations.
- Tailor presentations to address specific customer needs and pain points.
- Prepare and send quotes to customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Phone calls to regularly update customers on new products, services, and promotions.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or telemarketing role.
- A proven track record of setting and achieving goals. Must be self-driven and highly motivated.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Work with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
