Full-Time | Day Shift | Rotating Saturdays (weekday off included) $18–$28/hr + UNCAPPED commission

You are the
first voice
homeowners hear when they reach out to The Third Estimate — and that matters.
You’ll:
- Handle a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls
- Ask smart questions and actively listen to homeowners’ needs
- Educate customers on roofing, siding, windows, and exterior services
- Confidently set quality appointments for our Sales team
- Re-engage warm leads and past customers
- Work closely with Sales & Operations to keep jobs moving smoothly
- Document calls accurately in our CRM
- Hit (and exceed) daily and monthly performance goals

🛠 Experience That Helps (But Isn’t a Deal breaker)- 1–2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or a call-center environment
- Home improvement or construction experience is a plus —
not required - High school diploma or GED
