The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals, exceeding sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Previous experience in bedding industry is highly desired.

- Identify and research potential customers to generate new business leads.
- Utilize methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads.
- Maintain a detailed and updated database of leads and prospects in the CRM system.
- Make outbound sales calls to introduce products/services to prospective clients.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations.
- Tailor presentations to address specific customer needs and pain points.
- Prepare and send quotes to customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Process orders accurately and ensure they are entered into the system correctly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns.
- Regularly update customers on new products, services, and promotions.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or telemarketing role.
- A proven track record of setting and achieving goals. Must be self-driven and highly motivated.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Work with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
