As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will work in an in‑office environment focused on collaboration and customer experience.
Responsibilities- Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue, leading proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside the branch.
- Manage and grow business banking relationships under $2MM in sales revenue, translating client information into actionable sales strategy.
- Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI, coordinating with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
- Deliver a differentiated client experience through advanced conversation skills, offering tailored solutions for deposits, lending, cash management, payments and investing.
- Help branch team identify opportunities and create referrals, collaborating closely with the Branch Manager and Business Banker.
- Engage clients in the lobby, educate them on products and technology, and solve problems efficiently to drive loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Base Salary: $52,500 – $87,500. Salary may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skills, experience and education. Incentive eligible.
