Lead the commercial growth strategy for the Americas at a global life sciences organization. This high-impact leadership role will shape market strategy, expand scientific markets, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate growth across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM.

• Own Americas-wide sales and marketing strategy
• Influence growth across biotech and life science markets
• Lead and empower established commercial teams
• Partner directly with executive and global leadership

• Drive sales, business development, distributor, and marketing performance
• Build annual strategies, forecasts, budgets, and commercial plans
• Expand brand awareness and optimize marketing channels
• Lead, coach, and develop sales and marketing teams
• Assess market trends and adjust commercial strategy
• Manage domestic and international distributor channels
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and IPO strategy

• Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Culture, or related life science discipline
• Commercial leadership expertise within biotech, CDMO, or life sciences
• Established industry relationships across manufacturers, R&D, CDMOs, or diagnostics
• Exceptional strategic planning, change leadership, and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate scientific product content effectively
