Solon Pointe is hiring a CNA to schedule resident appointments, provide transportation, and help on the floor when needed. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working directly with residents and can keep a busy schedule organized.
What you'll doSchedule medical appointments and coordinate details with residents, families, nursing staff, and providers
Maintain the appointment and transportation calendar and prepare needed paperwork
Drive residents safely to and from appointments and assist them in and out of the vehicle
Keep transportation records accurate and the facility vehicle ready for use
Work on the floor as a CNA when needed
, providing hands‑on resident care and supporting the nursing team
Current CNA certification required
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependability and a compassionate approach to resident care
Basic computer skills; scheduling or transportation experience is a plus
