Unarmed Security Officer

Solon, OH
Schedule:
Friday/Saturday 11:00 pm-7:00 am Pay: $16.00 per hour Core Responsibilities
* Conduct security patrols (walking, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle).
* Monitor and identify security risks, hazards, and emergency situations.
* Respond to incidents and emergencies according to company policies and post orders.
* Write detailed incident and activity reports.
* Provide customer service and interact professionally with visitors, employees, and clients.
* Perform site-specific security functions such as: *
* Visitor management
* Loading dock security
* Loss prevention
* Retail security
* Elevator and access control monitoring
* Follow company procedures, attendance requirements, and grooming standards.
* Participate in required training and orientation programs. Key Qualifications Required
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Reliable transportation.
* Strong written communication skills for report writing.
* Ability to remain professional and use sound judgment in stressful situations.
* Strong customer service and de-escalation skills. Preferred
* 1-3 years of work experience.
* Security, law enforcement, military, or customer service background.
* College coursework in security-related fields.
