• Servicing and troubleshooting advanced systems such as chillers and boilers.
• Leading critical diagnostics and performance optimization.
• Interfaces with BAS for monitoring and control.
• Leads troubleshooting on critical equipment failures.

You’ll be performing hands‑on work and repairs, which will include:

• Getting up on rooftops (via ladder) to access HVAC equipment.
• Loading and unloading tools and equipment from your work van.
• Lifting up to 75 lbs on occasion, and up to 25 lbs overhead.
• Climbing ladders and extending reach overhead as part of your daily tasks.

• 10+ years of HVAC technician experience.
• Extensive experience servicing chillers, boilers, RTUs, and large commercial split systems.
• Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration theory and sequence of operations for complex mechanical systems.
• Proven track record of independently leading critical diagnostics and major repairs.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed records for system history and regulatory compliance.
