The Coordinator, Building Operations & Maintenance is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair activities across the Nestlé Solon corporate campus. This role ensures building systems and infrastructure-including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting-operate at optimal levels to maintain a safe, functional, and comfortable working environment. The position also supports on-site design and construction projects by providing technical expertise and knowledge of local building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inspect buildings, equipment, and building systems to identify maintenance or repair needs.

* Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.

* Operate and maintain HVAC computerized control systems to support effective climate control.

* Maintain interior and exterior lighting systems, including replacement and repair activities.

* Complete general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, flooring, electrical work, and plumbing repairs.

* Maintain the exterior condition of buildings and campus grounds.

* Track and manage maintenance records, tools, equipment, and supply inventories.

* Perform workplace adjustments, including physical furniture and equipment moves across the campus.

* Respond to and complete service requests through the Archibus system in a timely and professional manner.

* Comply with all OSHA regulations and Nestlé safety standards during all work activities.

* Support local design and construction projects, including on-site assistance as required.

* Maintain high housekeeping standards, ensuring work areas are clean, organized, and free from safety hazards at all times.

* Be available to work weekends and/or overtime as operational needs require.

* Availability of working weekends and or overtime as needed.

Required Qualifications:

* High school diploma required

* Trade school certification or a minimum of two years of experience in building maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work.

Preferred qualifications:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

* Experience operating scissor lifts and working comfortably at heights.

* CPR certification.

* HVAC certification

Skills:

* Strong teamwork orientation with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

* Self-motivated with effective verbal and written communication skills.

* Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.

* Physical ability to climb ladders and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
