Responsibilities:
- Repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
- Follow safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- Technical certification or equivalent experience, Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment, Strong communication skills & Availability for on-call shifts
- Flexible hours required
