Industrial Maintenance Technician

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Pay Range: $26 to $30 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of hydraulics, PLC troubleshooting, and electrical systems, along with general maintenance skills. This role is responsible for ensuring the repair, upkeep, and functionality of plant equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems
• Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building repairs
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and increase efficiency
• Diagnose and repair machinery and facility-related issues
• Work safely and follow all plant safety procedures and protocols
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

Preferred

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, PLC troubleshooting, and electrical systems
• Ability to perform general plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance
• Experience with building maintenance

  Metal fabrication, concrete work, roofing, or HVAC experience
• Stable work history with a proven track record of reliability
