We’re looking for a Roofing Service / Small Projects / Power Wash Technician who can confidently handle service repairs, manage smaller roofing projects, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Diagnose and repair residential roofing issues
• Manage service jobs and small roofing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate materials, crews, and schedules
• Inspect roofs and recommend solutions for customers
• Communicate with homeowners and ensure a five-star experience
• Document work with photos and notes
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism

• Roofing experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• $20‑$22 per hour
