Do you enjoy working outdoors, having three‑day weekends, and earning great pay with benefits? Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Northern Ohio has career positions for outdoor lighting installers to install low‑voltage residential lighting systems. No electrical experience is needed. Training is provided. Health, vision, dental and retirement benefits are also provided. Full‑time, four‑day workweeks, overtime and commission opportunities available.

• Assemble lights and mount them in prescribed locations.
• Speak with the customer to upsell other products.
• Provide customers with system orientation as applicable.
• Properly care for and operate company vehicles.
• Ensure inventory levels are adequate.
• Run and bury low‑voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns.
• Mount transformers and connect wire runs.
• Clean up all areas affected by the installation.
• Provide direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable.
• Speak with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services available.

• Has a driver’s license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years).
• Makes a good first impression by being well‑groomed, articulate, personable, and comfortable with meeting new people.
• Enjoys interacting with customers with respect and integrity.
• Above‑average technical ability.
• Attention to detail and respect for customers’ property.
• Systematic in their approach.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Strong sense of pride and integrity in work product.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ideal candidates should have varied technical and computer experience.
