An Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Northern Ohio seeks a hard‑working, dependable individual to join our low‑voltage lighting crew. We are the area’s leading outdoor lighting company and provide unsurpassed quality in outdoor lighting design, fixtures, installation and holiday lighting. This position requires a problem solver who enjoys working outdoors. This technician will be responsible for installing low‑voltage outdoor lighting systems, primarily in residential settings.

Full‑time, four‑day workweeks, overtime, and commission opportunities available.

• Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations
• Speaking with the customer to upsell other products
• Provide customer with system orientation as applicable
• Proper care and operation of company vehicles
• Ensuring there are proper inventory levels
• Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns
• Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs
• Clean up of all areas affected by the installation
• Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable
• Speaking with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services available

• Has a driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)
• Makes a good first impression by being well‑groomed, articulate, personable, and comfortable with meeting new people
• Enjoys interacting with customers with respect and integrity
• Above‑average technical ability
• Attention to detail and respect for our customer’s property
• Systematic in their approach
• Proactive, problem solver
• Strong sense of pride and integrity in work product

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ideal candidate should have varied computer experience.
