- Shift: Sunday-Thursday 2pm-10:30pm
As a Driver Check‑In Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our drivers are checked‑in accurately and all returned products are processed accordingly. Under direct supervision, you will compile and maintain records of the quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies. You will count material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies and post totals to inventory/property records.
You will verify record computations against physical count of inventory and adjust errors or investigate and report reasons for discrepancies. You will communicate and interact with customers, vendors, and co‑workers professionally, ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. You will function as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate physical inventory count and records.
- Handle salvage product.
- Check for outdated product.
- Check in Delivery Drivers.
- Inspect and unload all returning trailers.
- Verify returned goods and damaged product.
- Make decisions about the disposition of returned goods.
- Re‑enter goods into inventory.
- Check Delivery Driver route tickets, customer orders and prepare for operations.
- Maintain accurate records of returns.
- File invoices and other documents on a daily basis.
- Receive Delivery Drivers' receipts of the day's customer deliveries.
- Receive appointments as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 6+ Months of experience in warehouse and distribution
- Ability to communicate effectively and apply general math skills
- Ability to work reliably from verbal and written instructions.
- Intermediate computer knowledge and ability to learn/use computer programs on the job.
- Ability to obtain certifications for use of powered equipment; such as forklift operation.

Working Conditions:
Ability to regularly lift up to 10 lbs., up to 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally; handle objects, tools, and/or controls; stand for a significant period of time and walk continuously; occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, or crawl; operate and/or be certified on various powered equipment; work in a warehouse environment with noise and extreme temperatures.
- 1+ years food service distribution industry experience
- Onboard computer and electronic log system experience (i.e., People Net)
- Hand‑held point of delivery scanning system experience (i.e., POD)
- Customer service‑related work experience
