Picture the start of your shift: pre-trip inspection finished, route loaded, GPS queued up. The first doors roll open just after sunrise, and you’re the friendly pro who keeps favorite beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks flowing across Northeastern and Central Ohio. By late afternoon, you’re back at the warehouse to check in—home in time for dinner, every day.
Pay & Schedule at a Glance- Starting pay: $24.00/hr and up
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- Monday–Friday, first shift—no weekends, home daily

- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to retail accounts
- Follow established route maps and GPS to complete all stops on schedule
- Provide courteous, professional customer service at every delivery
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper shelf presentation
- Calculate totals accurately and collect payments at each stop
- Complete driver check-in paperwork at the end of your route
- Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain driver logs
- Work confidently in all weather: rain, snow, heat, or cold

- Valid CDL Class A with a clean driving record
- Strength to lift and maneuver kegs up to 170 lbs and 40 lb cases with a dolly; routine handling of cases around 35 lbs; frequent bending, twisting, and climbing in/out of the truck
- Accurate basic math skills for payment collection
- Experience with forklifts and equipment dollies
- Comfort working outdoors in all seasons
- Safety-first culture: gloves and protective gear provided; vehicles and equipment maintained for efficient routes
- Temperature-controlled facilities for loading, check-in, and breaks
- Clean, organized warehouses and fleet
- Tools you’ll use:
Electric Pallet Jack (plus forklifts and dollies)
- DOT Medical Card
- Driver’s License
- Current CDL License
- Customer Service
- Loading and Unloading Vehicles
- Meets Physical Requirements
