Picture the start of your shift: pre-trip inspection finished, route loaded, GPS queued up. The first doors roll open just after sunrise, and you’re the friendly pro who keeps favorite beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks flowing across Northeastern and Central Ohio. By late afternoon, you’re back at the warehouse to check in—home in time for dinner, every day.

Pay & Schedule at a Glance
  • Starting pay: $24.00/hr and up
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus
  • Monday–Friday, first shift—no weekends, home daily

What Your Day Looks Like
  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to retail accounts
  • Follow established route maps and GPS to complete all stops on schedule
  • Provide courteous, professional customer service at every delivery
  • Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper shelf presentation
  • Calculate totals accurately and collect payments at each stop
  • Complete driver check-in paperwork at the end of your route
  • Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain driver logs
  • Work confidently in all weather: rain, snow, heat, or cold

What You Bring
  • Valid CDL Class A with a clean driving record
  • Strength to lift and maneuver kegs up to 170 lbs and 40 lb cases with a dolly; routine handling of cases around 35 lbs; frequent bending, twisting, and climbing in/out of the truck
  • Accurate basic math skills for payment collection
  • Experience with forklifts and equipment dollies
  • Comfort working outdoors in all seasons

  • Safety-first culture: gloves and protective gear provided; vehicles and equipment maintained for efficient routes
  • Temperature-controlled facilities for loading, check-in, and breaks
  • Clean, organized warehouses and fleet
  • Tools you’ll use:
