• OTR Drivers earn up to $0.85 CPM based on experience with a weekly average of $2,600+ in gross pay.
• Average 500+ miles per day.
• 75% Drop & Hook – All No Touch Freight.
• OTR Drivers can expect to be out for 4-6 weeks at a time.

• OTR Drivers will also receive $75/day when out on the road.

• Operate a tractor with a 53-foot van trailer throughout designated regions across the country.
• Deliver freight from distribution centers to stores and depots.
• Complete routes consisting of 75% Drop & Hook freight, allowing you to spend more time driving and less time waiting.
• Maintain compliance with ELD requirements, vehicle inspections, DOT regulations, and company safety standards.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is operated safely.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Valid Class A CDL License.
• Minimum of 1 year of all-weather CDL A driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents.
• No alcohol or drug-related driving convictions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.

• Sitting: 90%
• Standing/Walking: 3%
• Desk or Phone Work: 5%
• Lifting, Shifting, or Arranging Product: 2%
