The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Develops and implements policies and procedures governing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and/or supplies.
• Supports the organization’s supply chain strategy through maintenance of appropriate inventory levels and timely distribution of goods.
• Tracks inventory by performing physical counts and verifying information against warehousing systems.
• Ensures warehouse operations comply with regulations governing materials handling, storage, and distribution where applicable.
• Complies with and enforces all safety regulations and procedures.
• Light manufacturing, mainly punching, bending, and cutting a variety of metals with use of power tools (chop saw, power drill, band saw).
• Oversee receiving and shipping operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customers and personal services.
• Bachelor's degree or at least 6 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to foster teamwork.

• Unloading delivery vehicles and checking received items against purchase orders or bills of lading.
• Inspecting stock for damage, faults, or missing items.
• Labeling, sorting, and routing merchandise to the proper storage locations or departments.
• Physical lifting requirement: up to 55 pounds.
• Picking merchandise from storage locations based on work orders or pick lists.
• Packing items securely and applying accurate shipping labels to avoid routing errors.
• Loading outgoing trucks and shipping containers safely and efficiently.
• Physical lifting requirement: up to 55 pounds.
• Use of step ladder and rolling platform ladder.

• Physically counting and logging inventory levels.
• Rotating stock on shelves.
• Identifying discrepancies and reporting lost or damaged items to Purchasing.
• Physical lifting requirement: up to 55 pounds.

• Safely operating material-handling equipment, such as forklift and hand trucks.
• Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations, which includes wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
