• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of management or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Proven success in a warehouse or back‑end retail environment.
• Ability to work a retail schedule.
• Mechanically inclined and able to assemble furniture.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely.

Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 75 lbs., frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing. Ability to safely assemble furniture using tools and operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
