General Warehouse Associate

Location and Schedule

Solon, OH 44139. Monday‑Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (no weekends). Full‑time, non‑exempt.

Wage: starts at $18.50 hourly.

Works in multiple departments within a distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. Operates material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility.

• Operate material handling equipment to locate and deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas.
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers.
• Use packing list information to collect items for customer orders, including building and wrapping pallets of products.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects and notify management of inventory issues.
• Return misplaced products to proper storage areas.
• Maintain a clean working environment in accordance with company safety policies.
• Perform inventory control functions as needed.
• Refer complex or unusual problems to supervisor.

• Must be 18years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, walk, move, push, and pull product throughout the day.
• Willingness to train to operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or similar equipment.
• Prior experience processing returns (preferred).
• Prior experience operating material handling equipment, such as an electric pallet jack (preferred).
• Ability to understand written material.
• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2–5years of experience in similar roles.

Typically located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors that may cause discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness, such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs, stand for periods up to and exceeding 60minutes, and make repetitive movements is required. No travel required.

$18.50–$21.25 hourly.
