Job DescriptionWe are hiring multiple warehouse positions with various skill requirements. Please see the Position Details for specific roles and shift schedules.
Position Details- Hiring Event: Tuesday 7/21 from 8am-2pm, 30300 Emerald Valley Pkwy, Glenwillow, OH 44139
- Warehouse Freezer/ Cooler
- Start Pay: $17.50–$20.75 (with incentives up to $24.50)
- Shift: Sunday–Thursday starting at 2pm until finished
- The freezer/cooler environments can range from 36°F (2°C) to
-10°F (-23°C). Freezer jackets are provided.
- Order Selector Nights
- Sunday–Thursday 2pm start time
- Hourly Pay $17.50
- Standup Forklift Nights
- Pay: $19.50/hr
- Sunday–Thursday 2:30pm start time
- 5 Day Work Weeks
- Stand up forklift experience required
- Warehouse Loader Nights
- Pay: $18.50/hr
- Full‑time schedule, Monday–Thursday starting at 6pm

Responsible for moving product with a forklift or pallet jack from trailer to another area of the warehouse dock during the receiving process. Observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
PositionResponsibilities
- Move product from trailer to appropriate dock staging area in a safe, efficient manner.
- Sort and segregate pallets / product, as necessary.
- Check product for damages and alert receivers, if necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
- 6+ months electric pallet jack experience
- Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10‑35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
- Able to work in multi‑temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry
- Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation
- Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- 1+ yrs of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
- Food service distribution or related industry experience
