Material Handler (1st Shift)
Join our team as a Material Handler, where you will play a crucial role in supporting warehouse operations by efficiently moving materials throughout the facility. You will ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately, contributing to the smooth workflow and operational success. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half.

1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm Monday through Friday*
Responsibilities- Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
- Receive and process incoming materials and customer products.
- Move materials to designated warehouse locations.
- Utilize an ERP system to track inventory transactions.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Verify counts, weights, and measurements of incoming and outgoing products.
- Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts.
- Operate RF scanners and material handling equipment.
- Stretch wrap, band, and stage shipments.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure shipments meet customer requirements and company standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling.
- Previous forklift experience.
- Experience using an ERP system such as SAP, Epicor, Oracle, or similar.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- High attention to detail and strong basic computer skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of 6S and lean manufacturing principles.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Solon, OH.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
