- Direct and manage the daily operations of the receiving and shipping department
- Supervise and lead up to 4 direct reports, including forklift drivers and warehouse personnel
- Coordinate and oversee tracking of all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Verify bills of lading, invoices, and sales orders to confirm all goods are correctly received and shipped
- Manage all ITAR licensing requirements for international shipments across 50+ countries
- BS Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with ITAR documentation and compliance from a shipping standpoint is highly desirable
