Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic Senior/Lead Designer to join Euro Line Designe, an Ownershift company headquartered in Somers Point, New Jersey. Since 1991 Euro Line Designe specializes in the design, sale, and installation of fine custom cabinetry. The company is well known and highly respected by homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders from New York to Florida, striving to produce a luxury product and service that will reflect our high values and quality.

The Senior/Lead Designer will play a pivotal role in driving the creative vision and execution of high-quality kitchen and bath designs while also actively participating in business growth through client acquisition and project management. As a key team member, you will work closely with clients and team members to deliver exceptional design solutions while maintaining strong, professional relationships.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead the design and conceptualization process for high-end custom cabinetry projects, primarily focused on kitchens and baths.
  • Use Chief Architect and/or AutoCAD software to create accurate, detailed design plans that align with client needs and aesthetic preferences.
  • Serve as a client-facing design expert, effectively communicating ideas and managing client expectations throughout the design process.
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive client outreach and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders.
  • Participate in client consultations, project management, and site visits to ensure project success from concept to completion.
  • Incorporate fresh ideas and innovative design solutions while respecting the established aesthetic of the brand.
  • Maintain an organized and process-oriented approach to project management and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to support growth initiatives and drive revenue through new client acquisition.
  • Maintain a professional, personable demeanor, demonstrating strong presence without overstepping boundaries.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and community gatherings to represent the company and expand the client base.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years, ideally 7+ years of experience in design, with a focus on kitchen and bath projects.
  • Familiarity with the kitchen, bath, or custom cabinetry industry, including current trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Chief Architect or AutoCAD, with the ability to create high-quality design presentations and construction documents.
  • Proven track record of successful client management, including the ability to bring on new clients and projects to drive revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional presence, communicate confidently, and advocate for your design ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to design challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Passion for high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused team environment.
Compensation

This position will receive a competitive base salary and commission DOE.
