Role SummaryThe Pilates Master Trainer is the highest instructional authority within the studio, serving as educator, evaluator, mentor, and brand steward for Club Pilates education.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Teacher Training modules and assessments
- Evaluate instructor auditions and certifications
- Coach instructors through development plans
- Ensure education compliance with corporate standards
- Lead advanced workshops, group classes, private training and continuing education
- Partner with GM and corporate on education initiatives
- Represent Club Pilates as a senior educator
- Club Pilates Master Trainer certification (or in training)
- Extensive teaching and mentorship experience
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Deep anatomical expertise and teaching mastery
- Strong evaluative and communication skills
