Certified Home health Aide Course

This course leads to getting licensed as a New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA). We will assist you with the certification process. All students who complete the course, including the training sessions and become certified will be offered a job.

• 60 hours of academic online learning at your own pace (30-45 days)

To become a New Jersey Licensed Certified Home Health Aide, you must meet the following requirements:

• Successfully complete home health aide training course approved by the NJ Board of Nursing.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be eligible to pass a background criminal screening and drug test.
• Work under the supervision of a professional registered nurse.

  Once certified, you will be listed in the State Registry as a Licensed Certified Home Health Aide.

Join our Home Health Aide training program at no cost to you. You must complete all components of the training.

Pay Rate as a CHHA: $18.50-$20.00/hour
