Part Time Advanced Practice ProviderThis position requires a background in electrophysiology and a willingness to provide quality care in collaboration with physicians, nursing staff and other members of the multidisciplinary care team. The role includes pacemaker and ICD interrogations, pre- and post‑procedure management of advanced arrhythmia patients, and management of patients including antiarrhythmic pharmacotherapy and patient/family education. Service is outpatient only and covers clinics in southern New Jersey, Somers Point, Cape May, and Vineland.
Schedule10‑hour shifts — weekday.
Program Highlights- 400+ A‑Fib ablations
- 200+ SVT/VT ablations
- 700+ device implants
- 150+ Watchman procedures
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a Master's degree, current licensure or eligibility for licensure, and eligibility for credentialing by the medical board.
- BLS/CPR as required for ambulatory setting (American Heart Association).
- ACLS required for acute care setting.
- State CRNP licensure or Physician Assistant licensure in the states where work is performed.
- PA and/or NJ Prescriptive Authority needed at time of hire.
- Preference for candidates with experience; if new to Advanced Practice, previous experience in Cardiology preferred.
- The APP must be reviewed by the Credentials Committee and approved by the Medical Board before start date.
- Master's Degree or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Nursing or Physician Assistant with a Master's Degree required.
$83,200.00 - $ annually based on 40 hours per week.
