Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft and maintain safety.;
Provide courteous customer service and greet customers with eye contact and a smile.;
Walk the sales floor to identify potential theft indicators and address them as directed by Store Leadership.;
Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortage.;
Train and educate Associates on shortage-reduction initiatives and observe proper checkout procedures.
