Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with supervisors and/or local personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assisting with access-related protocols, visitor direction, and general presence throughout the healthcare location;
Support staff and visitors during medical, behavioral, and/or weather-related events by following post orders and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts
