Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support site protocols.;
Monitor access points and public areas to help to deter unauthorized access, assist with directions, and report maintenance, environmental, and/or security-related concerns.;
Support daily operations by assisting with visitor screening processes, observing for policy violations, and coordinating with staff and first responders during medical and/or facility-related events.
