Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Assist with visitor access procedures, directions, and support for staff and patients while maintaining a professional and compassionate presence.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site personnel.
