Abound Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Ocean City, NJ to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.
If you are compassionate, reliable, and seeking meaningful work, we would love to meet you! Starting pay is $23/hour for non-acuity and $33/hour for acuity, plus a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments.
