Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide patient-centered bedside care, administer medications, perform treatments, and closely monitor patient status under RN and provider direction. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and support care plans across our network of hospitals and care facilities.

• Provide patient-centered bedside care

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Ability to work under RN and provider direction
