We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Full-Time Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our fleet of trucks, trailers, and farm equipment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and dedicated to keeping our fleet safe and operational year-round.

• Routine Maintenance:
  Perform scheduled oil changes, fluid checks, and lubrication service on all trucks, trailers, and farm equipment.
• Brake & Suspension Work:
  Diagnose, service, and complete brake jobs and related suspension repairs.
• Electrical & Diagnostics:
  Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems, wiring, and general mechanical/electronic issues.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate, organized service and maintenance logs for every vehicle and piece of equipment.
• Shop Safety:
  Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

• Experience:
  
  Proven mechanical experience working on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment is a must.
• License: A valid driver's license is required. A CDL license is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
  
  Strong diagnostic skills and a solid understanding of heavy-duty brake, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Reliability:
  Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently and manage daily maintenance tasks independently.
