Caregiver Opportunity – Weekend & Evening Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide support for two patients in the same household located at:Somers, NY 10589

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Thursday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Provide attentive, compassionate care for both patients
• Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, mobility)
• Ensure a safe environment, especially fall prevention
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior

• Experience with dementia care and post-rehab support preferred
• Dependable, patient, and empathetic
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage long weekend shifts and evening hours
