Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist (Locum Tenens)

Required Skills:

• Valid Kentucky medical license
• Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology, including hospitalist duties
• Ability to work independently in a hospital setting
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Clean background with no unresolved issues

Nice to Have

Skills:

• BLS/ACLS certification
• Experience with OB emergencies and C-section procedures
• Previous hospitalist or inpatient care experience
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of obstetrics and gynecology practice, hospital-based preferred
• Prior locum experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to drive to the hospital; airfare considered only if no driving option available
• 24-hour shift commitment at the hospital facility
• Keep all communication on Locum Smart; no phone calls or emails regarding this assignment
• Availability to start on December 31, 2025

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
