We are looking for a passionate, growth-minded stylist who loves both everyday salon work and the opportunity to grow into specialized services like alternative hair, toppers, and extensions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating beautiful, confidence-boosting transformations for guests while working in a supportive, boutique-inspired salon environment that values connection, creativity, education, and professionalism. We are open to flexible scheduling for the right fit, whether someone is looking to grow into a fuller schedule over time or maintain a more balanced workweek.

While this position includes opportunities to learn advanced alternative hair services, we are absolutely looking for a well-rounded stylist who enjoys traditional salon services including color, blonding, cutting, styling, and extension work.

One unique aspect of our salon is a dedicated private service space designed to offer comfort and discretion for guests experiencing thinning hair or hair loss. These specialized services are fully integrated within the salon experience and supported as part of our team environment.

Alternative hair and topper services are still greatly underserved in our area, creating a meaningful opportunity to help guests who are often struggling to find support, education, and natural-looking solutions locally.

This is an employee/team-based opportunity with education, mentorship, and long-term growth potential for the right stylist. This role offers the opportunity to build both a strong everyday clientele and specialized skills within a growing area of the beauty industry.

Provide customized salon services including color, cutting, styling, blonding, and extension services

Perform thoughtful consultations and build strong guest relationships

Assist with or grow into alternative hair and topper services

Help create a welcoming and elevated guest experience

Participate in continued education and training opportunities

Contribute positively to salon culture and team growth

Experience with blonding, extensions, or dimensional color preferred

Experience with toppers or alternative hair is a plus, but not required

Comfortable with consultation-based services

Motivated, dependable, and self-aware

Ability to create a luxury guest experience
