These specialized services are fully integrated within the salon experience and supported as part of our team environment. Alternative hair and topper services are still greatly underserved in our area, creating a meaningful opportunity to help guests who are often struggling to find support, education, and natural‑looking solutions locally.

• Provide customized salon services including color, cutting, styling, blonding, and extension services
• Perform thoughtful consultations and build strong guest relationships
• Assist with or grow into alternative hair and topper services
• Help create a welcoming and elevated guest experience
• Participate in continued education and training opportunities
• Contribute positively to salon culture and team growth

• Experience with blonding, extensions, or dimensional color preferred
• Experience with toppers or alternative hair is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable with consultation‑based services

• Ability to create a luxury guest experience
