ER Registration - 11 am to 11 pm, Monday-Thursday rotation
As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to help our patients check into the hospital. It’s fast‑paced on occasion and you’ll be the person they rely on to answer questions during registration. You’ll build trust in these interactions by collecting information accurately and quickly while listening with compassion — not just to hear information, but to address their fears, concerns, and questions.
Responsibilities- Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment; work across multiple screens collecting details that must be input correctly between physician and nurse check‑ins.
- Help people who may be very ill or worried; listen carefully to ease their anxiety, ask follow‑up questions, and build rapport in real time.
- Operate in a fast‑paced work environment, often on your feet, assisting patients to complete registration.
- Collaborate with a reliable team; support your progress toward career goals.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
- Medical experience
The base pay range is $14.00 – $18.99 per hour.
