• Operate haul truck.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently within its designed parameters.
• Load trucks with proper materials for delivery.
• Fuel, oil, grease, and check other necessary loader parts to ensure proper function of equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of yard premises.
• Assist other departments with maintenance, operations, and/or other duties as assigned.
• Promptly communicate with supervisors about any flaws in material or equipment.
• Operate water truck, front end loader, skid steer, and pick‑up truck.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and actively participate in the company's safety program.
• Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Good performance, safety, attendance, and punctuality.
• Ability to work safely and maintain a safe work environment.
• Positive attitude in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn and work a variety of job tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must pass a physical exam and pre-employment controlled substance testing.

Employee is frequently required to sit, climb, and use hands to signal and handle equipment. Occasionally required to stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms above shoulders. Must occasionally lift or move up to 50–75 lbs.

Employee is occasionally exposed to wet/humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; extreme cold/heat. Noise level is usually moderate to loud.
