UGN Somerset is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Team Leader for the 3rd shift (10:45pm to 7:15am) with a $0.40 shift differential. This role coordinates with Material Handlers to meet production needs and drive cost-efficient operations.
You will lead a fully staffed shift, ensure safety and 5S adherence, conduct pre-start meetings, manage paperwork, and train team members in TPS principles while maintaining attendance and punctuality.
