Commitment Bonus: $10,000 for a two-year commitment of employment.

Schedule:

3x 12s, Night Shift 6:30/7:00, Rotating Weekends.

Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse Float Pool where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high‑quality patient care.

How

you'll contribute
  • As supervised and delegated by a Registered Nurse, it provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.
  • Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care; may administer medication.
  • Documents patient care provided.
  • Assists RN with development of plan of care.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
  • Monitors, documents, and communicates patient status and responses to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and family.
  • Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
  • Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
  • Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts/units as needed.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Demographic, Clinical, Insurance, Financial, Complete Medical Record.
  • Exposure:
    Occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens is present for all employees.
  • Physical Requirements:

    Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements. Regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards, including blood and bodily fluids, hazardous medications, and latex.

What we are looking for Education
  • Graduate of accredited LPN program.
License and Certifications
  • Current LPN license in state of practice.
  • 1–2 years minimum bedside RN experience required.
  • BCLS required;
    Handle with Care preferred.
