• Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per the medical provider’s orders.
• Dispense daily and take‑home medication at the dosing window.
• Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.
• Maintain and complete accurate patient documentation including assessing for impairment.
• Ensuring medication count is accurate and completed daily.
• Follow compliance policies and procedures around documentation practices and expectations.
• Participate in nursing team meetings and cross treatment meetings.
• Connect with patients, offering true empathy and a listening ear to those struggling.

• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license issued in the state in which you will be practicing or a multi‑state compact status license.
• License should be in good standing, unencumbered, and active. Disciplinary actions, if any, will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
• 3+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills, experience drawing blood on collapsed veins is a plus.
• Active and current CPR or BLS certification is preferred.

Monday‑Friday; 4:45 am–12:45 pm; rotating Saturday; 6:00 am–8:30 am.
