Commitment Bonus: $10,000 - two-year commitment

Nights | Full Time - 6:30-7:00 | Rotating Weekends

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision and delegation of a registered nurse in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Collect data for assessment and analysis by an RN.
• Perform plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care; may administer medication.
• Document patient care provided.
• Assist the RN with the development of a plan of care.
• Assist patients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient status and responses to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and family.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Provide quality patient care and work flexible shifts/units as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.

License/

Certifications:

Current LPN license in state of practice; BCLS required;
Handle with Care preferred.
