Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Neurology

Commitment Bonus: $10,000 – two‑year commitment. Nights | Full Time – 6:30‑7:00 | Rotating Weekends

• Provide direct patient care under supervision and delegation by a registered nurse, in accordance with scope and standards of practice.
• Collect data for analysis by an RN to contribute to patient assessment.
• Perform plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care; may administer medication.
• Document patient care provided.
• Assist the RN with development of the plan of care.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient status and responses to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and family.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Provide quality patient care and work flexible shifts/units as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• License/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current LPN license in the state of practice; BCLS required;
  Handle with Care preferred.
