    Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care
  • Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )
  • Certification in State of Kentucky
  • Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle challenges effectively
