Bonus: $15,000 (two-year commitment).
Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00-4:30 | no weekends, no holidays.

How you’ll contribute- A registered nurse who excels in this role provides direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
- Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments.
- Documents patient care given.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluates learning needs of patients and/or families and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Acts as advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Demonstrated experience with oncology or chemotherapy infusion settings is preferred.

- Current state RN license with an associate degree from an accredited nursing school; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification.
