Hospice of Lake Cumberland in Somerset, KY is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive homecare nursing within an interdisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a patient/family caseload, prioritizing comfort and quality of life.
Responsibilities include initiating treatment plans, ordering medications, instructing caregivers, and visiting patients weekly to assess symptoms and adjust care as needed.
